The Gran Spot Coffee & Bar is open daily this summer serving Gourmet Peerless Coffee. The Gran Spot grill opens on Friday, Saturday & Sundays for hamburgers (Beyond Meat available) & hot dogs.

Our award winning Executive Chef, Ron Eber has been with Granlibakken for over 38 years and got his start in fine dining all over the country. Chef Eber's knowledge and passion for food and wine pairings allows him to not only impress with quality of food served at Granlibakken, but also to win recognition at the North Lake Tahoe Autumn Food and Wine Festival.
His extensive experience as Executive Chef helps him to understand flavor profiles and pairing to create winning meals no matter the occasion. Granlibakken's kitchen staff consistently creates flavorful, innovative, and delicious meals, sure to impress everyone, from wedding guests to families enjoying the hot breakfast served daily.

Fireside dining in a lodge atmosphere, classic pub food, and a full bar. The Cedar House Pub is the perfect place to après in a laid-back atmosphere. The Pub is family friendly, and features live music on the weekends. Located just off of the lobby in the Main Lodge.
2-for-1 entrees available every Thursday & Sunday throughout the ski season, excluding holiday periods.

Named for the man who gave Granlibakken its name, which means "hill sheltered by fir trees" in Norwegian, Rusty's Kitchen serves up authentic Mexican food and in the historic ski hut.
Treat yourself to affordable, authentic, home-style Mexican food, hot soup, chili and delicious daily specials. We offer kid-friendly quesadillas and hot dogs, plus adult-friendly beer and wine. Hot cocoa, coffee and soft drinks are also available.
Rusty's Kitchen is open weekends and holidays throughout the ski season.

Conference guests will experience Chef Ron Eber's creative flair and skilled culinary cast, dedicated to pleasing every guest's palate. Everything from a casual outdoor barbecue or theme dinner to a formal gala is within their scope, so let your creativity run wild.
From elaborate buffets featuring dishes like Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, Mahi Mahi Sauté, and Top Sirloin with Maitre D'Hotel Butter and a "build your own soup and sandwich" lunch buffet, to theme dinners and elegant banquets with dishes like Petite Filet Mignon and Shrimp Sauté, Granlibakken's Chef Ron Eber prepares a variety of savory dishes to suit your group's taste.
In addition to mouth watering hors d'oeuvres, main courses, and deserts, Granlibakken offers a complete wine and beer list, as well as a full bar.
Granlibakken's all-inclusive American plan offers maximum flexibility with a variety of menu choices. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style; at dinner choose from buffet or banquet service. Special arrangements can be made for private "sit-down" lunches or dinners.
Granlibakken has great food, anyone who has stayed here can tell you that. From our hot buffet breakfast included with all reservations and served daily, to our conference meal plans that offer a variety of different options to suit even the most discerning diner, we pride ourselves on serving amazing meals. However, it is not often that we get the opportunity to win awards for our food, and the Autumn Food & Wine Festival is something our staff always looks forward to--as both a challenge and a chance to showcase our amazing food.
