Granlibakken's buffet breakfast is served daily to all resort guests who book direct. Breakfast can be purchased individually at the front desk for non-guests and all guests who do not book direct through Granlibakken.
Conference & resort guests can experience our kitchen's creative flair and skilled culinary cast which is dedicated to pleasing every guest's palate. Everything from a casual outdoor barbecue or theme dinner to a formal gala is within their scope, so let your creativity run wild. The Cedar House Pub is open Thursday - Sunday for dinner during the winter season serving an all new menu for this season.
Our private events have elaborate buffets featuring dishes like Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, Mahi Mahi Sauté, and Top Sirloin with Maitre D'Hotel Butter and a "build your own soup and sandwich" lunch buffet, to theme dinners and elegant banquets with dishes like Petite Filet Mignon and Shrimp Sauté, Granlibakken's staff prepares a variety of savory dishes to suit your group's taste.
In addition to mouth watering hors d'oeuvres, main courses, and deserts, Granlibakken offers a complete wine and beer list, as well as a full bar.
Granlibakken has great food, anyone who has stayed here can tell you that. From our hot buffet breakfast included with all direct reservations and served daily, to our conference meal plans that offer a variety of different options to suit even the most discerning diner, we pride ourselves on serving amazing meals. However, it is not often that we get the opportunity to win awards for our food, and the Autumn Food & Wine Festival is something our staff always looks forward to--as both a challenge and a chance to showcase our amazing food.

All resort guests who book direct with Granlibakken can enjoy breakfast each day as part of their lodging package. Guests who do not book direct through Granlibakken can purchased breakfast separately at the front desk upon arrival.
Depending on the season, Granlibakken offers a hearty breakfast buffet, chef’s choice made to order breakfast or a voucher to a local breakfast eatery.

Fireside dining in a lodge atmosphere, classic pub food, and a full bar. The Cedar House Pub is the perfect place to après in a laid-back atmosphere. The Pub is family friendly, and features live music on the weekends. Located just off of the lobby in the Main Lodge.

Named for the man who gave Granlibakken its name, which means "hill sheltered by fir trees" in Norwegian, Rusty's Kitchen serves up authentic Mexican food and in the historic ski hut.
Treat yourself to affordable, authentic, home-style Mexican food, hot soup, chili and delicious daily specials. We offer kid-friendly quesadillas and hot dogs, plus adult-friendly beer and wine. Hot cocoa, coffee and soft drinks are also available.
Rusty's Kitchen is open weekends and holidays throughout the ski season.
