Granlibakken Tahoe Meeting Spaces & Conference Center
With 24,500 square feet of year-round meeting space, 16 different rooms for groups from 4 to 400, and three spacious decks totaling 10,800 square feet, Granlibakken Tahoe is a popular Lake Tahoe destination for gatherings that inspire connection and collaboration.
With a capacity for 200 theatre-style, 150 classroom, 250 banquet, and 300 reception, the 2,982 square foot Granhall is the center of Granlibakken’s conference facilities. It features rustic cedar paneling, 9 to 14-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, and windows overlooking the patio and pine trees. Sliding glass walls can open to expand the space to include the Solarium.
The 600 square-foot Alumni Room, adjacent to Granhall, is a comfortable reception, dining or breakout room for groups of 40 or less
The Mountain Ballroom can be divided into 7 conference rooms totaling 5,400 square feet plus 1,600 square feet of pre-function space. The spacious 60′ x 90′ room with 12 to 16-foot ceiling heights accommodates 500 theatre-style, 360 classroom or banquet, and 500 reception
The 1,125 square-foot Cedar House is an authentic mountain-feel A-frame with a massive stone fireplace that overlooks a deck ideal for cocktails and barbecues and features amber lights for dining and spotlights for conferences. It accommodates 10 theatre-style, 75 classroom, 100 banquet and 120 reception
The 48′ x 22′ Courtview/Soul Shelter has a seating capacity of 60 to 80 people and overlooks the tennis courts at the base of the Granlibakken Valley. It can be divided into two separate rooms, each with its own private entrance. When not used for a meeting, this 1,056-sqare foot space with 10 to 17-foot ceilings is open to guests for meditation, stretching, or yoga.
Executive Lodge Complex
Granlibakken’s Lodge Complex consists of several purpose-built lodges where groups can meet with intention in the mountains. Lodges vary in size from 5 to 8 bedrooms and the Pine and Forest Lodges also include meeting spaces that can accommodate larger gatherings. The lodges can be booked individually or even as a full complex depending on the size and needs of your group.
Part of the Executive Lodge Complex and named for its peaceful views, the Forest Lodge consists of over 1,600-square-feet of meeting space and eight lodging rooms to create a secluded, mountain-home ambiance for conferences, corporate retreats, family reunions, and other gatherings. A fully-equipped kitchen is available to groups that book the entire lodge. Depending on the size of your group, it can be booked exclusively or in conjunction with other sections of the Conference Center or Executive Lodge Complex.
Aspen Room at Forest Lodge
The Aspen room, with 640-square-feet and 12-foot ceilings, seats 50 theatre-style, 30 classroom, 40 banquet or 60 reception. Ample windows and lighting, plus access to an outside patio, give the room a fresh, outdoor feeling.
Alder Room at Forest Lodge
The 1,000-square-foot Alder Room with a 20′ ceiling height features a gas fireplace, large plasma TV and leather living room furniture. French doors open to an expansive wrap-around deck. The room also includes electric window darkening shades, built in projectors, sound systems and screens and can seat 50 theatre-style, 30 classroom, 40 banquet or 60 reception.
Granlibakken’s charming Pine Lodge has 7 lodging bedrooms, the Big Pine great room that opens up to a patio and lawn, additional upstairs meeting room, and a commercial kitchen available to groups that book the entire lodge.
Big Pine Room at Pine Lodge
This 1,056 meeting/dining space is reminiscent of the great room of an old-Tahoe lodge, featuring an all-wood interior, open beam architecture with 10 to 16 foot ceiling heights, a massive stone fireplace, and furnishings that invite a fireside chat. The room can be configured to seat 75 theatre-style, 40 classroom, 60 banquet or 75 reception.
Ponderosa Room at Pine Lodge
Views of the pines frame this 464-square-foot area with 9-foot ceiling height, ideally suited to smaller meetings, seminars and training. Seats 45 theatre style and 20 classroom.
The Sugarpine Lodge complex consists of seven 5-bedroom lodges. One of the five rooms will be a suite complete with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting room.
