Shawna Lee West:
Shawna West, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), believes that life involves balance.  This includes integrating conscious, decadent treats into a lifestyle that honors the art of discipline and our unique nutritional needs. Shawna is amazed by food and the power it holds – food can both heal us, and inhibit our vitality and health. In our modern world, food has become complex and food choices can be confusing. With a certificate in Nutritional Therapy, Shawna believes knowledge and proper food preparation are the foundations to nutrition. She has witnessed first hand how a nutrient dense, whole food based diet can transform a person- whether it is daily attitude, ability to focus and perform, better GI health and overall wellness. It is with excitement that Shawna earned a certificate in Nutritional Therapy through the Nutritional Therapy Association. She welcomes your nutritional questions and would love to help you learn more about your nutrition. For more information, email shawnaleewest@gmail.com.
