Graveyard Front Desk Agent

This is a PART TIME position 2 nights per week 11:00pm - 7:00am

Graveyard Front Desk Agent Duties Include But Not Limited To:

  • Greet guests (with a smile) and assist guests during the night;
  • Provide guests with appropriate and accurate resort information.
  • Running nightly reports and reconciling accounts.
  • Checking guest in/out.
  • Possess knowledge of reservation policies and procedures;
  • Maintain current knowledge of local area, attractions, events and weather.
  • Responding to guest needs and request.
  • Performing periodic security walks of the property.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by front desk manager.
  • Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude when interacting with guests.
  • Open and close front desk as needed.

Graveyard Front Desk Agent Job Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous guest service or hotel experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills required for guest interactions.
  • Basic computer (Microsoft Office) and typing skills required.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Previous Audit experience not required.

Housekeeping Manager

Housekeeping Manager Duties Include But Not Limited To:

  • Assist in managing the daily operation of the housekeeping function by overseeing the cleaning and sanitation of the assigned guest room and common area section. Ensure accurate assignment of rooms to housekeeping staff.
  • Supervise the activities and monitor the performance of the Housekeeping team in the assigned guest room and common area section. Supervisory duties include interviewing, hiring, evaluating, training and disciplining.
  • Conduct frequent room inspections to ensure established cleaning standards are upheld.
  • Ensure that all furnishings, hallways, vending areas, and storage rooms are well maintained.
  • Conduct inventories to ensure adequate stock of supplies. Prepare purchase orders for required supplies.
  • Manage maintenance system work orders and documentation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate any repairs for maintenance deficiencies.
  • Monitor chemical usage for proper compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Ensure department compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure accurate key control.
  • Work with other departments to maintain AAA 3 diamond or higher standards for the property.
  • Assure that inventory of the rooms is up-to-date in accordance with established requirements
  • Clean assigned guest rooms, according to preset standards and procedures. Duties include, but are not limited to making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning bathrooms and vacuuming.
  • Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, writing supplies, and bathroom items according to preset standards and procedures
  • Report maintenance problems immediately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Housekeeping Manager Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, a related Business discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years housekeeping experience in addition to one year of supervisory experience or equivalent preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping procedures, inventories, equipment and chemicals required. Strong communication skills required.

Administrator for Housekeeping & Maintenance

 

Administrator for Housekeeping & Maintenance Duties Include But Not Limited To:

  • Assist the director to hire, manage and direct housekeeping and maintenance staff with consult of the department director, to accomplish tasks assigned to the Department.
  • Work with other departments to maintain AAA 3 diamond or higher standards for the property.
  • Assure that inventory of the rooms is up-to-date in accordance with established requirements
  • Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, according to preset standards and procedures. Duties include, but are not limited to making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning bathrooms and vacuuming.
  • Order all the supplies for both departments, such as linens, drinking glasses, writing supplies, and bathroom items according to preset standards and procedures.
  • Input accurate room status into the phone or computer systems according to preset standards and procedures.
  • Enter, respond to and close maintenance system work orders as required.
  • Keep cart, linen room and equipment neat and orderly according to preset standards and procedures.
  • Turn in and track all articles found in vacated rooms immediately and handle according to lost and found procedures.
  • Report maintenance problems immediately to FMX.
  • Follow established chemical procedures and key control procedures. Knowledge of MSDS
  • Assist the department Director in managing the department staffing and labor hours

Administrator for Housekeeping & Maintenance Job Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years Administrative experience
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, methods, and chemicals also preferred.
  • Good English communication skills required for interaction with hotel guests and staff.

Housekeeper/Houseman Job Qualifications:

  • Experience is not necessary for all Housekeeping positions.
  • Paid training for eager individuals willing to learn.
