All resort guests can enjoy breakfast each day as part of their lodging. Depending on the season, Granlibakken offers a hearty breakfast buffet, chef’s choice made to order breakfast or a voucher to a local breakfast eatery.

 

Conference guests will experience Chef Ron Eber's creative flair and skilled culinary cast, dedicated to pleasing every guest's palate. Everything from a casual outdoor barbecue or theme dinner to a formal gala is within their scope, so let your creativity run wild.

From elaborate buffets featuring dishes like Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, Mahi Mahi Sauté, and Top Sirloin with Maitre D'Hotel Butter and a "build your own soup and sandwich" lunch buffet, to theme dinners and elegant banquets with dishes like Petite Filet Mignon and Shrimp Sauté, Granlibakken's Chef Ron Eber prepares a variety of savory dishes to suit your group's taste.

In addition to mouth watering hors d'oeuvres, main courses, and deserts, Granlibakken offers a complete wine and beer list, as well as a full bar.

Granlibakken's full American plan offers maximum flexibility with a variety of menu choices. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style; at dinner choose from buffet or banquet service. Special arrangements can be made for private "sit-down" lunches or dinners.

Cedar House Pub

Closed for the season.

With cozy fireside dining, full bar, daily specials, kid-friendly items and affordable pricing, the Cedar House Pub is located in the Main Lodge the perfect location for gathering with friends and family. Come down and enjoy live music from talented local artists as you dine on delicious food!
The pub is located in Granlibakken's main lodge and is open for the ski season from 5-9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The Cedar House Pub will be closing Saturday, March 26, 2016.

Two-for-One Entrees available on the first Friday of every month throughout the ski season.

Treat yourself to affordable, authentic, homestyle Mexican food, hot soup, chili and delicious daily specials. We offer kid-friendly quesadillas and hot dogs, plus adult-friendly beer and wine. Hot cocoa, coffee and soft drinks are also available. Granlibakken's Ski Hut Snack Bar is open weekends and holidays throughout the ski season. 
Fridays and Mondays enjoy half-off burritos!
Open Friday-Monday 10am-4:30pm.

The Gran Spot offers delicious coffee drinks made with gourmet Peerless Coffee, snacks, and wine and beer.  Enjoy a snack and a refreshing beverage on the scenic Cedar House Deck while you soak up some sun. 
Every Sunday buy one coffee drink, get the second coffee of equal or lesser value for free!

Granlibakken has great food, anyone who has stayed here can tell you that. From our hot buffet breakfast included with all reservations and served daily, to our conference meal plans that offer a variety of different options to suit even the most discerning diner, we pride ourselves on serving amazing meals. However, it is not often that we get the opportunity to win awards for our food, and so we were very excited to win first place for wine and third place for food and wine pairing at the 2015 Autumn Food and Wine Festival.

Our winning wine, Hallburg Family Ranch’s 2012 Emeritus Pinot Noir, was an immediate favorite with the judges. With its delightful berry flavors, crisp acidity, and rich tannins, we knew that it would be a winner. Our executive chef, Ron Eber, and his staff next had to decide what to pair with such a bold wine. They chose an equally as bold pairing, lamb meatballs and fried macaroni and cheese. Wine and cheese is a classic pairing, so why not bring a little comfort food into the mix? Our meal was also a favorite with the judges, winning third overall in the pairing category.

Next time that you’re at Granlibakken, we are sure that you will find your own winning pairing of food and wine (or orange juice, if it is breakfast). Ron Eber and the kitchen staff are constantly working to create meals that are delicious and exceptional, and there is something for everyone. The award that we won this year at the Food and Wine Festival is just the icing on the cake, or the cheese on the macaroni, if you will.
